Brian Williams was born and raised in West Orange, New Jersey. Before completing his undergraduate degree, Brian lived and worked in Chicago, IL, Morgantown, WV, and West Orange, NJ managing several small businesses.  Brian moved to New York City in 1999 where he worked for various Off-Broadway Theater production companies before returning to school in 2003. He graduated cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice - CUNY, in New York City, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law - Pennsylvania State University in 2008, participating in an internship with the Cumberland County Public Defender's Office, where he worked with Ron Turo, and a summer internship with Cumberland County MidPenn Legal Services.

Brian was admitted to practice before all the courts of Pennsylvania in 2008.  He is a member of both the Cumberland County and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations.

Brian joined the Turo Law Offices in 2008 after graduation.

Brian resides in Carlisle with his wife, Kristen, a graduate of Dickinson College. Kristen is currently the Financial Analyst for Facilities Management at Dickinson College.  Brian and Kristen are expecting their first child in January 2009.

Brian practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, criminal defense, landlord/tenant law, unemployment compensation, and appellate law.
